The Princeton Triathlon Team isn’t a group of elite athletes; it’s about individuals who choose to say yes every day to the incredible challenge of triathlon. Through fun and supportive practices, we empower everyone—from beginners to experienced athletes—to realize their goals, whether it’s their first triathlon or their hundredth.

Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or just starting out, we welcome you to join us as we swim, bike, and run our way through an exciting semester. We practice four times a week, with sessions in the gym, running, biking, and swimming.

All the details and the schedule are provided below. We simply ask that if you plan to attend a practice, you sign up in our WhatsApp group chat so we can prepare and welcome you properly. Run and bike practices follow the USA Triathlon intermediate plan. You can find more information about those individual practices on the practice calendar. A specific bike/run route will be provided by Monday night each week. Swim sessions consist of sets from a physical triathlon swimming book, printed out and provided to athletes the day of (and usually available in the group chat as well).

Practice Schedule is as follows (subject to change):

Monday: 7:30 am gym session (bike, run, lift, etc.)

Wednesday: TBD Run (starting later in the semester)

Friday: TBD Bike (starting later in the semester)

Saturday: 2:30 PM Swim
